How long does a property or architecture shoot actually take?
Ben says that most single listing videos are shot in half a day, in and around the property while it’s staged and empty of tenants or furniture in transition. A larger architectural showcase, multiple angles, drone footage, interior and exterior, usually needs a full day to do the space justice. We’ll scope the actual time on-site based on the property’s size and what you need it to say, rather than rushing a shoot that a space deserves more time on.
